Contingency Search:
This is the traditional method for a medium priority search. With this method, our search consultant takes a complete assignment and agrees with your management team on search criteria and fees. Along with our other current assignments, we will then work diligently on the position to be filled. There is no monetary commitment required from the client unless and until a placement is made.
